9.8/10

I had a wonderful time at Ogunquit Tides, from the clean accommodations to the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to access the area. However, the only downside was the lack of a functioning ice machine during my visit, but that didn’t take away from my experience. I also appreciated the daily breakfast with delicious donuts that added to the value of my stay.

The hotel is located just a 15-20 minute walk from town and right by the beautiful beach, which added so much to my visit. I loved that I could cross to the beach at low tide or use the kayaks at high tide.

I had a lovely stay at Ogunquit Tides! The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location was perfect for exploring town and heading to the beach, although I wish the indoor hot tub had been cleaner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot for a family getaway.

5.0/10

My stay had some serious downsides due to unexpected construction and lack of communication. The hotel had a great location near the beach, but the dated rooms and poor service left much to be desired. The breakfast options were limited, and overall it didn't feel like good value for money given the disruptions. I'd recommend checking for updates before booking.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were dated and had a mini kitchen, but they were clean at least. However, the lack of cleaning supplies was frustrating.
Service
5.0
Customer service was below expectations. I faced an abrupt cancellation of my reserved suite and a very rude conversation regarding children.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, so close to Ogunquit beach with direct access through the river at low tide.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was lacking variety, with only limited options like bacon and sausage, which made it disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were impacted by ongoing construction, making the stay quite uncomfortable and noisy.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with an easy walk to the beach, and the views from the pool deck are lovely. Unfortunately, the rooms could use some updating and better cleaning as I found the floor quite dirty, and the air conditioning was really noisy. The breakfast was a nice touch, but overall, I don't think I'd return due to the issues I faced.

Rooms
5.0
The room was partially updated but the floor was filthy, which was quite off-putting.
Service
6.0
The service was satisfactory but not exceptional; no one really went above and beyond.
Location

Dining

The free breakfast was a nice bonus, adding value to our stay.
Facilities

The pool area offered a nice view, but the overall facilities felt outdated.

I had a great experience at Ogunquit Tides during my recent stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach and local shops just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and recently updated, but the air freshener smell was a bit overwhelming at first. The amenities, including the large pool, were fantastic for my family, but the hot tub requires some attention. Overall, it’s a family-friendly spot with a lot of potential.
